By working together, we can make a significant impact on reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 90% and promoting a truly circular economy. Reusable PET bottles and high-recyclate options are excellent choices that facilitate the recycling process while reducing waste. For beverage manufacturers, rPET bottles offer clear benefits over new PET, including a lighter environmental footprint and lower CO₂ emissions. Compared to glass bottles, rPET offers a significantly lower carbon footprint – saving up to 217 tons of CO₂ annually. Which would be like planting 10,000 trees. Preform Design Frees Up Capital 

With over a hundred PET preform designs, ALPLA offers flexible solutions tailored to the beverage industry. Add different neck finishes, weights and colours, with customisation options available for larger orders. By producing preforms locally and exporting securely packaged units, we help customers streamline their packaging processes. This frees up capital and supports innovation. For example, from 2025, we’ll produce 140 million preforms annually for Coca-Cola in Croatia, demonstrating our ability to optimise processes on existing equipment. Through in-house production, ALPLA also offers direct technical expertise in preform design and on-site support to optimise blowing processes on existing equipment.
