ALPLA has been present in Brazil since 1998 and has been a pioneer in the country’s rigid packaging industry. With seven manufacturing facilities and a Technical Center in Louveira (SP), we combine experience, expertise, and innovation to deliver high-quality packaging solutions. Over the years, ALPLA Brazil has grown significantly, becoming synonymous with innovation, quality, and growth. Our specialized team works closely with customers to support their projects from design to production.

With more than 70 years of global experience, ALPLA develops customized, end-to-end packaging solutions — from design to production. We have a Technical Center in Louveira, Brazil, which is part of our international excellence network and provides specialized support across South America with agility, flexibility, and a strong focus on customer needs.

Our product range
Bottles
We produce customized bottles for a wide range of sectors, including food, personal care, household products, and lubricants. We work with different resins—HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, and PCR (post-consumer recycled plastic)—ensuring strength, safety, and attractive design to enhance your product at the point of sale.
Caps
We offer functional, high-performance caps, from complex systems for aerosols to safe solutions for edible oils. Our expertise in innovative closures ensures reliable sealing, usability, and convenience for the end consumer.
Preforms
ALPLA preforms are developed for the sparkling beverage, water, personal care, and household product markets, with the option of in-house supply, optimizing the production chain and reducing logistics costs. This integration provides operational efficiency, a smaller carbon footprint, and flexibility.
20 L Canister
It is the ideal solution for the storage and transport of lubricants and agricultural products. Produced with multilayer technology and a PCR (post-consumer recycled plastic) option, it combines strength, durability, and sustainability in an ergonomic, stackable design that optimizes space and productivity.
Locations
Our facilities in Duque de Caxias, Campo Grande, Sao Paulo, Itapevi, Cabo de Santo Agostinho and Louveira allow us to serve both domestic and export markets efficiently.
