Apprenticeship Training

Apprenticeship training is organised as a "dual system" and combines general education, specialised theory and specialised practice with practical training by applying the learned knowledge in the company environment.

Vocational training is completed under the conditions of real working life. The apprentice acquires the necessary skills and specific knowledge specified in the occupational profile for the respective apprenticeship job. The trained apprentice can then immediately take on a qualified position as a specialist.

The first own salary

Money should not be the decisive reason for choosing your apprenticeship. However, there are advantages to earning it during your training. With dual training, you earn a monthly salary from day one.

High chances of being taken on by the company

Especially in our ever faster-changing world, many people strive for job security. A dual training programme can offer you such security. The chances that you will be taken on by the company that taught you everything after your final examination are high.

Gaining work experience

From the first day of your apprenticeship, you will not only earn money but also gain work experience. This gives you a head start on those who do a purely school-based education. The work experience you gain will not only pay off later in your daily work but also if you want to change the company or pursue further education.
