WEmoveEU is ALPLA’s international exchange program that enables young employees to work at another ALPLA production site in Western Europe for six months. While the program focuses on the personal and professional development of participants, it delivers substantial and lasting benefits to the sending plant.

- 6-month assignment for ALPLA employees at a Western European ALPLA plant
- Target group: employees under 35
- Start: September 2025
- Full support package: regular salary, accommodation, local mobility, and home visit options
